Terms and conditions

Clear responsibilities for every HealthHepta role.

These terms describe the baseline rules for using HealthHepta commerce, operations, delivery, employee, hospital, fleet, driver, and ambulance-user services.

01

Using HealthHepta

By accessing HealthHepta, you agree to provide accurate account, business, patient, destination, and contact information and to use only the role and permissions assigned to you. Keep passwords and OTPs confidential and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Some actions require an approved or verified role. Access to a page does not itself authorize a purchase, dispatch, payment, delivery, fleet action, or administrative decision.

02

Products, orders, prices, and availability

Catalog visibility depends on serviceable location, store inventory, batch status, account status, and operational availability. Prices, taxes, delivery charges, lot or bonus quantities, and stock are confirmed through the order and invoice records presented during fulfillment.

An order request may be reviewed, accepted, adjusted, cancelled, returned, or refunded according to its recorded status, product condition, supporting evidence, and applicable requirements. Do not rely on catalog content as medical advice.

03

Ambulance requests and live location

Ambulance availability, ranking, ETA, route, fare, hospital or provider association, bed information, and live location may change as operational conditions change. Estimated values are not guarantees. In a life-threatening emergency, contact the appropriate public emergency service as well as using the platform.

Drivers and responsible booking parties must follow pickup, destination, OTP, safety, and trip-status procedures. Location access is used to coordinate dispatch and tracking as described in the Privacy Policy.

04

Acceptable conduct

Do not submit false identities, bookings, prescriptions, deliveries, payment records, locations, documents, product data, or operational statuses. Do not interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape restricted data, misuse notifications, or use another person’s account without authority.

05

Service continuity and account action

HealthHepta may restrict an action or account when verification is incomplete, information is inconsistent, safety is at risk, misuse is suspected, payment or operational requirements are unmet, or access is not permitted for the selected role. Network, device, mapping, messaging, third-party, or availability failures can delay a service.

06

Changes and support

These terms may be updated as services and legal requirements evolve. The current version shown on this page applies when you use the service. Contact support before proceeding if an order, booking, charge, role, or policy is unclear.
